RETAIL ASSISTANT

Job Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customers’ inquiries and provide customer service in meeting customer expectations
  • Educating customer about our payment systems and apps
  • Facilitate and monitor inventory, stocks and expired products
  • Facilitate and attend retail sales, payment processing
  • Ensure cleanliness and in order of the outlet in all time

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess minimum SPM / Diploma qualifications in any fields
  • Minimum 1-year retail working experience and / or related field
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service and reporting skills
  • Able to work on shift, long hours, weekend and public holidays
  • Self-motivated, high ethical and passionate about retails

 

RETAIL SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customers’ inquiries and provide customer service in meeting customer expectations
  • Educating customer about our payment systems and apps
  • Manage and monitor inventory, stocks and expired products
  • Manage and attend retail sales, payment processing
  • Manage and motivate retail staff their attendance, leave application, off day and job delegation
  • Ensure cleanliness and in order of the outlet in all time

Job Requirements:

  •  Candidates must possess minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree qualifications in any fields
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years retail working experience and / or related field
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service and reporting skills
  • Able to work on shift, long hours, weekend and public holidays
  • Self-motivated, high ethical and passionate about retails

 

SALES & MARKETING – GENERAL MANAGER / SENIOR MANAGER

Role/Responsibilities

  • Develop & Coordinate Strategic Marketing Campaigns with Sales Forecast that aligns with Company’s Objectives.
  • Develop Campaigns for the whole Year and its Operating Budgets.
  • Lead & Keeping the Sales & Marketing Team Members Motivated and their Activities are Align with Company’s Objective.
  • Assure planned Campaigns are on Schedule and within Budget.
  • Provide work Review, Coaching and Support to Sales & Marketing Team Members.
  • Monitor and Review Marketing Campaigns to assure it Achieve Forecast Targets.
  • Take Swift Actions to Overcome Obstacles that deviates the Team from Objectives.
  • Other Business matter as directed by Management.

Requirements:

  • Great Knowledge and Understanding on Mobile Apps and its Value Creation to a business.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • A Degree holder in Business, Sales & Marketing or Equivalent.
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills.
  • Strong Negotiation skills.
  • Strong Analytical, Planning skills with an Eye for Details
  • Excellent work attitude and able to carry out Company’s Objectives.
  • Able to Drive Sales Effectiveness across the business through Team Members.
  • Possess Excellent Leadership and Management qualities.
  • Preferably from Convenience Retail Industry.

 

SALES & MARKETING – SENIOR MANAGER / ASST. MANAGER

Role/Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and Implement Marketing Campaigns to achieve Sales Forecasts to align with Company’s Objectives.
  • Consistently Review and Assess Marketing Campaigns on its efficiency in generating sales.
  • Lead and Motivate the Sales & Marketing team to maximize Campaigns efficiency.
  • Keeping Oneself Updated on Competitors Activities and Market Trends.
  • Collaborate with Buyer Team on Marketing Promotions.
  • Manage Marketing Activities budget efficiently by producing high returns.
  • Update Management on Requested information.
  • Ensure customers’ Feedback and Complaints are Escalated.
  • Other Business matter as directed by Management.

Requirements:

  • Great Knowledge and Understanding on Mobile Apps and its Value Creation to a business.
  • A Degree or Diploma in Business, Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience with proven track record in Achieving good volume.
  • Skilled at enhancing Customer relationship.
  • Good Analytical skills with ability in Problem solving.
  • Aware of the latest Market Trends and Shifts, as well as Projections for the Future.
  • Strong Determination and Result Oriented.
  • Able to adapt, work, and manage a Fast-growing challenging environment with good business Acumen.
  • Great Personality with strong Communication Skills.
  • Driven and Committed to Success while maintaining Integrity.
  • Preferable from Convenience Retail industry.

 

SALES & MARKETING – SENIOR EXECUTIVE / EXECUTIVE

Role/Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in Achieving Company’s Objective and Sales Targets.
  • Manage Marketing Activities, Analyzing and to Forecast sales figures.
  • Assists New Users on their Inquiries in a Professional manner.
  • Educating Users on the Mobile Apps Process-Flow and its Benefits to Users.
  • Updating Company on Users Feedback and Inquiries.
  • Updating Company on Competitors activities and market trends.
  • Other Business matter as directed by Management.

Requirements:

  • Great Knowledge and Understanding on Mobile Apps and its Value Creation to a business.
  • At least a Diploma in Business, Sales & Marketing or Equivalent.
  • Convenience Retail background will be added advantage.
  • At least 2 – 3 years of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Having good communication skills is a must.
  • Pleasant personality, positive minded, people oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Enjoy communication and consulting people.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to quickly assess priorities and adapt as needed.
  • Possess own transportation.

 

FINANCE MANAGER / ASST. MANAGER

Role/Responsibilities:

  • Handle month end closing procedures and prepare financial/management reports.
  • Perform consolidated cash flow report.
  • Assist in preparing financial budgeting and cash flow projection.
  • Monitor the account payable operations and transactions including reviewing contracts and supporting documents.
  • Maintain accounting system to ensure efficiency of the process.
  • Support the management by preparing regular and ad-hoc analysis and reports.

Requirements:

  • A minimum qualification of a Degree in Finance/Accounting.
  • At least 4 years of working experience in accounting.
  • Understand GST and Taxation.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision, handle multi tasks and work under pressure.
  • Energetic, mature, self-motivated and a good team player.
  • Excellent communication skills.

 

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT – GENERAL MANAGER / SENIOR MANAGER

Role/Responsibilities:

  • Identify the Opportunities and Collaborate with Sales & Marketing department to Penetrate the Market.
  • Constantly Review and Analyze the Overall Sales Coverage & Figures against the Market.
  • Manage & Coordinate with Advertising department to Increase the Advertising Income.
  • Manage & Coordinate with Franchise & Leasing department for Franchise planning & Property leasing activities.
  • Constantly Review and Keep oneself updated on Competitors Activities & Market Trends.
  • Other Business matters as directed by Management.

Requirements:

  • Great Knowledge and Understanding on Mobile Apps and its Value Creation to a business.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience.
  • Degree holder in Business or equivalent.
  • Strong Communication skills.
  • Strong Analytical, and Planning skills with an eye for Details.
  • Excellent work attitude and able to carry out Company’s Objectives.
  • Possess Excellent Leadership and Management qualities.
  • Preferably from Convenience Retail Industry.

 

CATEGORY – SENIOR EXECUTIVE/ EXECUTIVE (BUYER)

Role/Responsibilities:

  • To source and select the Right products to meet Customer’s needs, and trend.
  • Negotiate with Suppliers to obtain Competitive pricing and terms.
  • Maintain a good network and relationship with Suppliers to Initiate promotional and related campaigns.
  • Create, Implement, and Manage promotional campaigns to Enhance sales figures and achieve targeted margin.
  • Responsible for the Profitability of product.
  • Coordinate with External and Internal parties to deliver Successful promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

  • At least a minimum of 2 years working experience in convenience retail industry.
  • Great Personality with strong Communication Skills.
  • Preferably with experience in Confectionary and Beauty products.
  • Proactive and able to work under pressure.

 

STORE ASSISTANCE / CUSTOMER SERVICE AMBASSADOR

Role/Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Daily store operation.
  • Drive sales to Achieve target.
  • Provide good customer services.
  • Handle stock management for all merchandise products.
  • Restock merchandise to ensure stocks are well displayed.
  • Ensure the store is tidy and clean.
  • To provide guidance to customers to download and use our Apps and use our Vending machince.

Requirements:

  • Energetic, responsible, enthusiastic, and customer oriented.
  • Pleasant personality with good communication skills.
  • Computer literate and have a good understanding of mobile apps.
  • Preferably with working experience in convenience retail industry
